In August 2025, the City Council approved the adoption of a supplemental reimbursement SDC methodology and schedule of charges.
This project will provide sewer service to properties within the Southeast Area Plan and adjacent developments by constructing a new sewer pump station and extensive network of new sewer pipes throughout the southeast area to allow for future development.

Funding
The project will be funded by SDCs (System Development Charges) for residential, industrial, and commercial development, sewer rates, or other sewer funding as outlined in the Capital Improvement Plan.
