Every two years, the City of Bend allocates a budget to assist local community organizations. These funds are dedicated to supporting events and programs that enhance community capacity, boost outreach efforts, and educate residents about City initiatives and Council Goals.
Submit a City of Bend Sponsorship Request using the form below. Please reference the Sponsorship & Grant Program Awards and Use of City Funds Administrative Policy for details regarding the sponsorship program. If you have any questions regarding the program or this request form, please reach out to sponsorships@bendoregon.gov.
Please note the application review deadlines: September 30 for the Fall Review, and March 31 for the Spring Review.
City of Bend Sponsorship Funds are available for the following request types:
- Community Event Sponsorship: Events include a Juneteenth celebration, a summer Pride event, the 4th of July Pet Parade, Welcoming Week events, the Veterans Parade, and the Holiday Parade. Other community events may apply for funds to support hosting a single community event or a series of community events. Community events are open to the public. Proof of event insurance may be required.
- Please use the Welcoming Week Event Proposal and Funding Request designation available below for all Welcoming Week applications.
- Program Grant: Use of funds to support a community project or program occurring over a period of time. Proof of program insurance may be required.
