Residents in the Pinehaven and Woodhaven East application areas applied to the City of Bend Septic to Sewer Conversion Program to install public sewer in their neighborhoods. The application areas approved for design and construction as the Pinehaven and Woodhaven Sewer Project (1SN05) are as follows:

  • Pinehaven
  • Woodhaven East

Gravity sewer mains and sewer laterals will be installed in each area to allow approximately 16 properties to decommission their septic systems and connect to the public sewer system.

Upon completion, each property owner receives a Notice of Operational Completion letter.
