The City of Bend’s Accessibility Advisory Committee’s (COBAAC) purpose is to assist and advise the city on the most efficient and responsible means by which to make its programs, services, activities and facilities accessible to all of Bend’s residents and visitors.

Presentations are found, viewed and heard in all of the livestream recordings. Starting January 2023, the monthly minute documents have YouTube livestream timestamp links for the agenda items that contain presentations. The previous year's meeting minute documents do not contain livestream timestamp links for the presentations.
