DESCRIPTION:<p>Join River West Neighborhood for their next annual meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Westside Village Magnet School at Kingston Elementary (1101 NW 12th Street, Bend)! Have a voice in your neighborhood and the future of Bend.</p><p>Speakers will include:</p><ul>    <li>City Councilor, Ariel Mendez</li>    <li>Bend Bikes</li>    <li>Bend City Staff</li></ul><p>Learn about and Discuss:</p><ul>    <li>City Council's priorities most impactful to River West</li>    <li>Galveston Corridor roadway project</li>    <li>Proposed Parking Benefit District</li></ul><p>Annual Board of Director Elections will take place at the meeting. The election will confirm two current interim appointments. Please vote if you are a member and if not, consider opting in. Membership in RWNA is FREE and open to all who live or own a business inside the River West boundary. Neighborhood Districts maintain and improve the quality of life in Bend, increase community member participation in local decision making, and form an effective partnership between the City and neighborhood residents. There are 13 Neighborhood Districts that are recognized by the Bend City Council.
