DESCRIPTION:<p>The next URAB meeting is scheduled for next <b>Tuesday, January 21</b> from <b>Noon to 3 p.m.</b> at the <b>Bend Municipal Court </b>located at 555 NE 15<sup>th</sup> Street.&nbsp; The URAB 7 <b><a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/home/showdocument?id=45302">Agenda and Packet</a></b> have been posted to the <a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/government/departments/urban-renewal-advisory-board">URAB webpage</a>.</p><p>Please keep the following in mind as you prepare for the meeting:</p><ul type="disc">    <li style='margin: 0in 0in 0pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Times New Roman",serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;'><b>Parking is limited.</b>&nbsp; Please use visitor parking that is available across the street at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/home/showdocument?id=41063" target="_blank">Lava Lanes parking lot, northwest corner</a>. (see link for map).&nbsp; Please allow enough time to park and walk across to the Court and please be careful crossing 15<sup>th</sup>.</li></ul><p>In addition, last night the Planning Commissioners hosted a public hearing on the proposed Bend Central District code amendments and voted unanimously (with minor modifications) in support to recommend adoption of the proposed amendments for City Council consideration. The next step is for the City Council to host a public hearing at one of their February meetings (likely February 19), you can check the <a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/government/city-council">City Council agendas</a> to confirm.</p><p>Accessible Meeting Information: &nbsp;<br>This meeting/event location is accessible. Sign language interpreter service, assistive listening devices, materials in alternate format such as Braille, large print, electronic formats and CD Formats, or any other accommodations are available upon advance request.
