DESCRIPTION:<p>The next Urban Renewal Advisory Board (URAB) meeting is scheduled for <b>Wednesday, December 11</b> from <b>Noon – 3 p.m.</b> at the <b>Bend Municipal Court </b>located at 555 NE 15<sup>th</sup> Street.</p><p>The <a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/home/showdocument?id=43929">URAB #6 Meeting Agenda and Packet</a> are now posted on the <a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/government/departments/urban-renewal-advisory-board">URAB webpage</a>. At this meeting, the Board will discuss a summary of the Draft Urban Renewal Finance Plan to determine financial feasibility of forming a new Urban Renewal District in the Core Area as well as the Draft Implementation Plan for the Core Area including a summary of implementation actions intended to support the vision and guiding principles for the area.</p><ul>    <li><b>Keep in mind parking for the meeting is limited. </b>Parking is available across the street at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.bendoregon.gov/home/showdocument?id=41063">Lava Lanes parking lot, northwest corner</a>. (see <a href="https://bendoregon.govaccess.org/home/showpublisheddocument/43460/637073539035370000" target="_blank">link&nbsp;for map</a>).&nbsp; </li>    <li>Please allow enough time to park and walk across to the Court and please be careful crossing 15<sup>th</sup>.</li></ul><p>You can also submit public comments to the board by emailing <a>URAB@bendoregon.gov</a> by Noon on Tuesday, December 10.</p><p>In addition, the City Council directed staff to proceed with developing development code amendments for the Bend Central District code (PZ-19-861), based on a recommendation from URAB.</p><p>The City will host a joint work session with the Planning Commission at their meeting on Monday, December 9 in Council Chambers to review proposed amendments.</p><p>The Work Session is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. More information can be found on the <a href="https://bend.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=11&amp;event_id=392">Planning Commission December 9 Agenda.</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Accessible Meeting Information: &nbsp;<br>This meeting/event location is accessible.
