Following that, residents can visit with the City Manager, the Finance Director and the Streets &amp; Operations Director who can answer questions about how the City manages finances, how streets are maintained, how street conditions have deteriorated and what the plans and proposed solutions are for making Bend&rsquo;s roads better. <br />
