In response to Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order No. 20-12, the City has implemented social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to our community.  Therefore, this will be a virtual meeting.  The link to the meeting will be posted on the Southeast Area Plan webpage. 

Anyone is welcome to submit testimony, questions or comments prior to the meeting. If you would like to provide public comment, please submit written testimony via email to Damian Syrnyk at dsyrnyk@bendoregon.gov by 2:30pm on the day of the meeting.  Any comments received after this time will be presented to the committee at their next meeting.
