The objectives of this meeting are to: 

• Review four potential funding packages
• Discuss further information on funding tools
• Give direction on refinements to the packages to be included in V2 of the funding packages (in summer 2019)
• Initial discussion and direction regarding the strategies to be included in the Initial Funding Assessment report.
