NOTICE OF LOCAL CONTRACT REVIEW SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING

A meeting of the Local Contract Review Sub-Committee will take place on April 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Awbrey Butte Conference Room at City Hall, 710 NW Wall St., Bend, OR 97703. The agenda will include:

• Review proposed amendment to contract with Angelo Planning Group for Phase 3 services related to the Urban Growth Boundary Remand.
• Review proposed contract for Street Preservation 2016.
• Review proposed award of contract to Hickman, Williams & Associates for Southeast Interceptor 2S & 3 Phase I Extension engineering design services.
• Discussion of possible future use of incentives/disincentives for construction.
